Marinated Pork Tocino

This is tocino in a simple but rich marinade of brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper. This brings out the signature sweet-garlicky flavor of tocino. Pan-fry it until the meat starts to caramelize and brown. Delicious!

Boneless Pork Butt,  Seasoning: (Brown sugar, Sugar, Salt, Smoke Paprika, Sodium Tripolyphosphate, Citric Acid, Rice Vinegar Powder, Hydrolysed Soy Protein, Smoke Flavor, Hydrogenated Soybean, Vegetable Oil, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Carmine Powder, Annatto Powder, Natural Flavor), Water. 



Preparation Procedure:

  • Refrigerate any leftovers.

  • Stove Top – 20 mins
  • Air Fryer – 20 mins on 350ºF
  • Oven – 20 mins on 350ºF
  • Grill – 20 mins on 350ºF
