Ube Champorado

The sweet Filipino rice porridge with an ube twist! It’s just as good as the well-loved chocolate champorado. This sweet porridge was introduced in the Philippines during the galleon trade between Mexico and the Philippines. Filipinos eventually found ways to transform the Mexican champurrado into its very own champorado.
