Pichi-Pichi

Pichi-pichi is a Filipino dessert that’s gelatinous, chewy and formed into bite-size balls. It is made from steamed, grated cassava and topped with freshly grated coconut and cheese sprinkles on top. Pitchi-pitchi is often paired with pansit palabok (noodle with shrimp sauce) and served at birthday parties and other gatherings.
