Pancit Palabok

Pancit Palabok is a noodle dish topped with shrimp sauce and cooked shrimp, tinapa flakes, crushed chicharon, scallions, fried garlic and slices of hard-boiled eggs. Unlike other kinds of pancit with Chinese influences, Pancit Palabok is considered to be an authentic Filipino noodle dish.
