Bicol’s very own Laing is a spicy, creamy dish made of dried taro leaves and coconut milk. Different versions of laing have emerged from other cities and provinces in the Philippines but the dish’s three basic ingredients- coconut milk, taro leaves and chili always remain.

Coconut Cream, Water, Coconut Milk, Taro Leaves, Onion, Finger Pepper, Ginger, Fish Sauce (assorted blends of Scads, Mackerels, Sardines, Herrings), Water, Salt), Palm Oil, Lemongrass, Shrimp Powder, Spices, Iodized Salt (Salt, Potassium Iodide), Garlic, Disodium Guanylate & Disodium Inosinate (flavor enhancers), Sodium Benzoate (preservative).
