Pork Sinigang

Pork Sinigang is a simple, satisfying Filipino sour soup with tender chunks of pork and vegetables such as eggplant, daikon and okra. It is without a dipping sauce of patis (fish sauce) with siling haba (long chili). Sinigang is oftentimes referred to as the national dish of the Philippines.
