Ginataang Puso ng Saging

Ginataang Puso ng Saging is made with banana heart stewed in coconut milk. It’s tasty, creamy and goes well with grilled meat or fish. The cooking method of stewing meats or vegetables in coconut milk or ginataan was first recorded during the Spanish era when ginataan dishes were known to have been transported to Mexico on board the Manila galleons.
