Ginataang Langka is a simple and satisfying vegetable dish made with unripe jackfruit stewed in coconut milk. The cooking method of stewing meats or vegetables in coconut milk or ginataan was first recorded during the Spanish era when ginataan dishes were known to have been transported to Mexico on board the Manila galleons.
