Espasol

Espasol is a cylinder-shaped Filipino rice cake that is made from rice flour cooked in rich coconut milk then coated with toasted rice flour. It is a rice cake that originated in the province of Laguna in the Philippines. Traditionally sold during the Christmas season, now it is sold all year round in many pasalubong or souvenir shops in different provinces.

Glutinous rice, Water, Refined sugar, Coconut cream, Young coconut, Pounded young rice, Vanilla extract, Potassium Sorbate (preservative).
