Bangus Sisig

Bangus Sisig is milkfish fried to a crisp, deboned, flaked and mixed with chopped onions and chili peppers then served on a sizzling plate much like its counterpart pork. Fresh calamansi is squeezed over it for a tangy, mouth-watering dish with a little bit of kick. Some would crack an egg over it and leave it on top to fry on the sizzling juices of the sisig.
