Arroz Caldo

Arroz Caldo is a Filipino-style congee cooked with ginger-flavored broth, chicken, garlic, onions and fish sauce. It is tasty, hearty, and so comforting. It may have a Spanish name (arroz means rice and caldo is soup) but Arroz Caldo was actually introduced to Filipinos by Chinese migrants.
