Atcharang Labanos is pickled radish with a sweet-sour taste that goes perfectly well with any fried seafood or meat. The word atchara or pickle came from the word acar of Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei, all neighboring countries of the Philippines. On the other hand, the method of pickling originated in India thousands of years ago.
