Pork Sinigang
Recipe Kit

Pork Sinigang is a simple, satisfying Filipino sour soup with tender chunks of pork and vegetables such as eggplant, daikon and okra. The word Sinigang means to stew. It is usually served as a main dish in the Philippines and is always eaten with patis or fish sauce laced with siling haba or long chili. Different provinces in the country have their own way of cooking sinigang, with souring agents ranging from guava to calamansi or Philippine lime.
