Beef Nilaga
Recipe Kit

Beef Nilaga is a hearty, tasty soup made from long-simmered beef broth with fork-tender beef shanks, tendons and vegetables. The history of Nilagang Baka or boiled beef dates back during the pre-Spanish era when Southeast Asian settlers introduced the cooking method of boiling to Filipinos. It has since then been certified as a comfort food, becoming a much-favored dish during the rainy season.
